Thomas SKOUTERIS
Founding Member of the ESIL and currently serves as its Secretary General (since May 2006) and member of the Executive Board (since May 2004). He teaches public international law at Leiden University, where he also holds the position of General Editor of the Leiden Journal of International Law and Academic Coordinator of its international law LL.M. Program. Before Leiden University, Thomas Skouteris was Senior Fellow in the European Law Research Center of Harvard Law School and Research Fellow at the T.M.C. Asser Institute, The Hague. He holds a degree in Law from Democritus University of Thrace (Greece) and LL.M. (cum laude) from Leiden University.
